Venues, Dates & Event Schedule
WAH Malta 2027 takes place across the Mediterranean Bank Holiday weekend from Thursday 29th April to Sunday 2nd May 2027 (4 days / 96 hours of heavyweight Drum & Bass). The festival is hosted across premier open-air locations on the island: UNO (Main Arena in Ta' Qali / Attard), Little Armier Beach (Northern Coastal Beach Arena in Mellieha), and Sunset Boat Parties departing from Sliema Ferries Marina.
UNO is Malta's premier open-air mega-club located in Ta' Qali / Crafts Village, Attard (approx. 15–20 minutes from Bugibba / St. Paul's Bay and St. Julian's). The fastest and most convenient way to travel to and from UNO is using the Bolt rideshare app. Make sure to download Bolt before traveling to Malta. Address: UNO Malta, Crafts Village, Attard ATD 4000.
Little Armier Beach is located in Mellieha on Malta's picturesque northern coastline (approx. 20–25 minutes from St. Paul's Bay and 30 minutes from UNO). Daytime and sunset beach sessions are hosted right on the Mediterranean shore. Bolt is the recommended transit method. Address: Little Armier, Mellieha Bay, MLH 5940.
Hotels, Flights & Island Transit
We highly recommend booking accommodation in Bugibba, Qawra, or St. Paul's Bay. These northern coastal towns offer a wide range of budget-friendly hotels, seaside apartments, supermarkets, and central transit links to UNO, beach arenas, and boat party marinas. St. Julian's / Paceville is also a popular option for 4-star and 5-star beachfront resorts and nightlife. Check our full Travel Guide for curated hotel recommendations.
Malta International Airport (MLA – Luqa) is directly connected with frequent low-cost flights from major UK airports (London Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh) and European hubs via Ryanair, EasyJet, Jet2, Wizz Air, British Airways, and KM Malta Airlines. Direct flight times from the UK are approx. 3 hours. Check our Travel Guide for flight search tips.
Entry Guidelines, Age Policy & Box Office
You must be 18+ in order to purchase a ticket and attend WAH Malta. Valid physical photographic government-issued ID (Passport, EU National ID Card, or UK/EEA photocard driving licence) is required upon entry to all festival venues, beach sessions, and boat parties.
Yes. You will be asked to show a valid physical photographic ID (Passport, EU ID Card, or UK/EEA Driving Licence) when scanning your tickets to collect wristbands at the venue Box Office. The name on the ID does not have to match the ticket buyer's name if purchased as part of a group.
There is no central accreditation hub. Instead, the Box Office is open at each venue every day for you to scan your digital ticket / barcode in exchange for your official festival wristband. We will also email a full Festival Info Guide the week before the event detailing venue box office opening times and schedule information.
